Valued at just over €20 million, the transaction strengthens the infrastructure, water and energy group’s position in a market of strategic importance with strong growth prospects.

The acquisition includes the assets and operations of Revenga’s Rail & Terminals (RT) and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) business areas. The company will retain its brand and continue to operate as part of the Lantania Group.

The addition of these capabilities will enable Lantania to complement its expertise in infrastructure delivery with new capabilities in technology, digitalisation, communications and intelligent systems, further expanding its portfolio of high-value-added solutions.

The acquisition took place as part of Revenga’s insolvency proceedings and ensures the continuity of its operations and the preservation of 103 jobs, representing nearly 75% of its workforce.

This transaction is part of Lantania’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, under which the company aims to double in size and reach €1.1 billion in revenue.
