Lantania launches a Graduate Programme to recruit recent graduates

  • The event will address the integration of non-conventional resources to ensure long-term eatrer security

Madrid, 17 october 2023. Lantania is launching a Graduate Programme aimed at recent graduates in various fields, such as engineers and other university graduates. The company wants to attract the best talent to meet the challenges of sustainable infrastructure development. Those interested in joining the infrastructure, water and energy Group can apply via the company’s LinkedIn profile, Lantania Group.

The Lantania Graduate Programme offers an attractive career path for recent graduates through a monitoring plan to complete their training by combining work experience with technical training. The company offers a support and professional development programme for recent graduates who wish to develop their careers within the Group so that, through intensive training and a skills-based programme, they are capable of taking on positions of responsibility in project management in the medium term.

It is a one-year programme during which the graduates will be assigned to an ongoing project that corresponds to their interests with highly specialised tutors, who are benchmarks within the company and the sector, to consolidate their technical knowledge.

They will then have the opportunity to continue their careers within the Group and can rise to the position of production manager and, subsequently, site manager. The Programme can be done in two ways: either by staying in the same department to achieve technical specialisation and develop specific skills, or by rotating through different departments within management to develop different knowledge and skills.

Lantania launches its Graduate Programme with the aim of having a pool of young talent to help meet the company’s future needs. The initiative offers recent graduates the opportunity to become part of a young Group in full development, committed to building a more sustainable future, which is present in 12 markets, and which has a workforce of more than 1,000 employees. It also aims to foster corporate culture and identity by reinforcing our DNA based on pride of belonging.
