Lantania will carry out the maintenance services of the CIEMAT

 

  • This contract is in addition to the conservation of the CES facilities award and the buildings of the Fuenlabrada City Council

Madrid, 21st February 2020. Lantania has been awarded the maintenance services of the Energy, Environmental and Technological Research Centre (CIEMAT). Over the next two years, the infrastructure, water and energy group will carry out maintenance services in civil works (masonry, plumbing and painting) at CIEMAT, which is classified as a nuclear facility supervised by the Nuclear Safety Council (CSN). The complex, located on Avenida Complutense in Madrid, is made up of 86 buildings totalling over 275,000 square metres, spread over more than 27 hectares.

This project is in addition to the integral maintenance award for the next two years of the facilities of the Economic and Social Council (CES), located in calle Huertas in Madrid, and the contract for the conservation of the buildings of the Fuenlabrada City Council.

In this way, Lantania adds to its portfolio new contracts worth 5 million euros and confirms its strategic positioning in the area of conservation and services. Among the company’s main works in this activity are the maintenance of the Gregorio Marañón Hospital and the road maintenance of the Las Rozas City Council.
