Isla de Tambo residential building (Madrid)

Isla de Tambo is the residential complex built by Lantania on Concejal Ginés Street in Colonia Fin de Semana, Madrid. It consists of 52 homes, 24 three-bedroom and 28 four-bedroom homes, 104 parking spaces, storage rooms and a swimming pool.

The residential area, including garages and storage rooms, is more than 11,000 m2 while the landscaped urbanisation area is over 3,700 m2. The ventilated facade is more than 12,000 m2.

A total of 3,000 m of land containment was used by means of a pile wall system and more than 12,000 m2 of waffle type floor slabs.

The homes have an A energy rating, glazing with low-emissivity glass, large gardens, balconies and custom finishes.
