Lantania certifies its Contingency Plan against Covid-19 with Applus+

Madrid, 13^th November 2020. Lantania is committed to the health and safety of its workers. Through an external audit with Applus+, the company has certified the Contingency Plan against Covid-19 implemented at its corporate headquarters in Madrid, located at Calle Sobrado No. 2. The evaluation carried out by the certifying entity assesses aspects such as cleanliness and hygiene of the workplace and certifies that the company has implemented measures in the area of prevention against coronavirus in accordance with the Applus Certification PHC Ed 1 requirements standard. This seal is valid for one year.

Applus+ technicians have analysed and audited the protocols established at the Lantania headquarters on site. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the company has implemented various organisational and hygienic measures to help protect the health of all its employees. These protocols include the application of methods and systems for cleaning and disinfecting the work centre, signposting of hygienic indications, technical and organisational measures to establish social distance together with the provision of hydroalcoholic gels and disinfectant products throughout the facility.

This seal is in addition to the ISO 45001: 2018 Management and Occupational Health and Safety certification granted by Aenor to Lantania this summer. A certificate aimed at companies that have an Occupational Health and Safety Management System that helps prevent occupational risks and is committed to continuous improvement. Lantania has also recently successfully passed audits of its Quality and Environmental Management Systems. The company has renewed its certification for Quality Management according to ISO 9001 and Environmental Management according to ISO 14001, both granted by Aenor.
