A total of 92 homes will be built for 15.5 million euros in Portonovo (Pontevedra)
Madrid, 7 November. Lantania, through its participation in the Gestilar Construcciones company, is developing the residential complex ‘Isla de San Martiño’ in Portonovo (Pontevedra). The Infrastructure, Water and Energy Group is carrying out a contract worth 15.5 million euros for the construction of a total of 92 homes, ranging from one to four bedrooms, located in the development near the sea with views of the Ría de Pontevedra. The construction works, which began in July, will take 18 months to complete.
The homes will feature terraces or gardens, a garage and a storage room, and will be situated a few metres from Baltar beach, overlooking the Club Náutico de Portonovo and the Parque do Vicaño. The complex will include 6000m2 communal facilities located in the centre of the U-shaped building, with a salt-water chlorinated swimming pool with a solarium, a communal multi-purpose room, garden areas, a children’s play area and a padel tennis court, among other things.
Gestilar Construcciones, a joint venture between Lantania and Gestilar, is currently working on 1,034 homes and has already finished the construction of over 715 homes. The construction company began its operations in 2019 with the goal of optimising the construction process to meet project delivery deadlines while maintaining the highest quality, design and finishing standards.
