This facility, which has a total built area of 2,201 square metres, consists of a rectangular building with two towers at either end, which houses convention halls, offices, large boxes, warehouses and installation rooms.
Located in the paddock area and close to the new Control Tower, the lower central part of the construction has three double boxes that are 12 metres wide and five metres high, a first floor with convention rooms, circuit offices, as well as different facilities rooms. The second floor occupies the entire building and above it there is a terrace for events and a chill out area, from where you can enjoy the corporate activities and tests that take place in the circuit.
